Ashleigh DeWeese Alarcon, owner of Footnotes in Ann Arbor, discovered salsa dancing in her three year venture to Chicago back in 2004.  Since her move back to Michigan she discovered the world of ballroom dancing and has never looked back.  Now a DVIDA certified instructor in 14 dance styles and a studio owner she is thrilled that she has found her love and passion in life.

Announcing a new partnership: Andres and Ashleigh offer many years of combined experience in all facets of the world of dance. Andres a native of Colombia and Ashleigh from Michigan come together in this new partnership from their shared passion, drive and dedication to the world of salsa, bachata, pachanga and cha cha. They offer lessons, event workshops/performances, choreography services in the greater Ann Arbor/Detroit area.
